Dental Assistants come in many shapes and sizes. The same can be said about the positions that Dental Assistants fill within the dental community. Whether you are a clinical assistant, educator, sales rep, administrative assistant or practice manager, the Lancaster County Dental Assistant Society believes that achieving excellence in your field is the main goal. The ADAA says it best with their Dental Assisting Recognition Week slogan this year. One Team, One Goal: Improving Oral Health. We want to help you achieve that goal in a number of ways.

First, by providing you the opportunity to continue your education in a forum made especially for you through CE courses offered throughout the year. We work on finding speakers that focus on you, the dental assistant, and are always open to comments and suggestions on ways that we can continue to fulfill your continuing education requirements. Second, by recognizing your contribution to the dental community. Last, but by no means least, is the opportunity to use your gifts and talents as a dental professional to give back to the community.  So go ahead get involved and help make Dental Assisting the best profession it can be.
